It will be posted there once they fix an upload issue. But the purchase method I gave you works fine. Click Add to Cart, then click the Proceed to Checkout button. Then on the left side where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue", just click the Continue link at the end.
