Noir may not be able to hold onto its original Vista look in 7 due to limitations in the OS. If you have purchased already you wont need to pay for it again. I will try update it at some point tho.

This is still my favorite WB skin. I've changed various premium skins, but I find myself always ending up using this skin in the end. Would really love a W7 version.
